This no-yeast naan bread was one of the things my husband made to fulfill his “learn to cook more things” resolution. He found the recipe for this at Kanak’s Kitchen, which I am linking here. He followed her instructions, except, he divided the dough to make them small enough to fit in our cast iron pan. Also, instead of holding the pan upside down to brown the top, he just flipped the bread over in the pan like we do with tortillas. It was fluffy, light and delicious. He can make those anytime!
