I found this recipe at The Creekside Cook. I used 230g of Maclaren’s Imperial Cheddar, which is a departure from the recipe (it called for grated cheddar), and found that they made lovely layers (like rough puff pastry) , but did not get crisp. We renamed them Cheese Nibbles, as they could not be called crackers, and found them to be delicious! Give them a go if you want a little something to nibble 🙂
