Sometimes I like to make dinner in the morning. It seems like less work in the freshness of the day. The usual drawback is leaving time for it to cool before putting it in the refrigerator. Winter is the grand exception to this drawback. I just set the whole pot outside and let nature do it’s work: in this case, a pot of chili. For some reason, this is very satisfying 🙂
Well, that just made it 1000x easier. Haha

I do the same thing! Only I have to put the pot in the BBQ to keep the dogs out.
