

Having seen multiple variations of these on Instagram, I decided to give them a try. I’ve made them several times now as they were a hit. Here is what I did:
- Boil small potatoes for 20 min.
- Smash with a potato masher
- Let them steam for 5-10 minutes (letting them dry a bit like this makes them crispier)
- Top with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper (an alternate seasoning is butter, salt, pepper and parsley)
- Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 min or until crispy
