Red Wine and Black Pepper Crackers

These are so very good. Peppery and nicely flavoured. Topped with a bit of Gouda and a wee dollop of caramelized onion comfit, they are divine as a weekend snack between brunch and dinner.

I have gotten close to replicating the flavour in home trials, but I have not reproduced the significant crunch that these crackers are blessed with. So…we continue to buy them. Does anyone make something similar at home?
