Sweet rolls are a welcome addition to any breakfast or lunch.
Kuga – apples, eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar and cinnamon baked in a bread crust is one of my favourites from my Grandma’s repertoire.
There are a lot of bread/egg/something recipes for Christmas morning because they can be made ahead, put in the fridge overnight and baked as people are opening their presents, ready for the starving hoards shortly after. You can make the one below in a large baking dish, but for occasions I like to use these individual ones.
This is the same sort of bread/egg/something bake, but a sweet version. You could also add some mincemeat to the mix.
This is so simple and delicious – bagel, honey, melted brie and toasted almonds.
