Veggie “Pizza”

This is a simple thing to make for a lunch or cut smaller for appetizers.

Garlic naan, or pizza shell
Herb cream cheese
Red pepper (red looks better, but I had orange), diced quite small
Broccoli, cut into small peices
Grated carrot

Spread enough cream cheese on the bread to hold the veggies when pressed in. Add grated carrot, peppers and broccoli. That is it!
