Coconut Pineapple Froth

I’m always on the lookout for non-alcoholic summer drinks that are a bit different. This tropical quencher couldn’t be easier.

Refrigerate:
1 can of crushed pineapple (398 ml)
1 can of coconut milk (400 ml)
2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Whiz pineapple, coconut milk and sugar in a blender until it is smooth (no chunks of pineapple remaining). Serve and enjoy!


I used pineapple tidbits in the first run of this, but the crushed pineapple is easier to get to a smooth consistency.
