Our friends recently returned from a trip to Belize and had us over to view their photos, have dinner, and partake in some Belizean drinks from the recipe book below. Lots of fun!
This one was called “Sexy Chocolate” and was my favourite. (Baileys, Kahlua, rum, cream, coconut cream on ice, chocolate down the side of the glass)
Green Parrot (rum, orange juice, blue curacao)
Green Iguana (coconut rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice)
Delicious dinner!
