These breakfast potatoes are made in the oven, so are no fuss if you have other things to watch on the grill. They are also nice if you have a crowd as it is easy to do a couple pans full without taking up all your stove-top space. The black pepper, paprika and garlic add some pleasant warmth, and the Parmesan cheese adds some salty tang.
24 baby potatoes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Cut the potatoes into quarters. Combine the spices in a small bowl. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the oil. Sprinkle the spices over the potatoes and toss until evenly coated. Lastly, toss with the cheese.
Spread on parchment or other non-stick surface. Bake for 25 minutes, turn them over and bake another 10 minutes, or until nicely browned and tender.
These look delicious! I’ve started using paprika on everything lately 🙂

It does, and keeps the crunchy outside of the potato on the potato instead of on the pan
