I like this over any type of slaw mixture (shredded cabbage, carrots, etc.). It makes a nice change from oil and vinegar.
2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
2 Tbsp. honey
juice of 1/2 lime
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. soya sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. sriracha sauce
peanuts for garnish
Blitz into a smooth sauce using a mini food processor, immersion blender etc. Use it to top your favourite slaw.
