Creamsicle Truffles 

I made these Creamsicle Truffles for a Valentine’s day gift and they do indeed taste like creamsicles! I only made a couple changes to the recipe in the link: I used a block of white chocolate and chopped it instead of using white chocolate chips as it melts better. I also used peach food colouring instead of red and yellow.

I wasn’t going to use any food colouring, but changed my mind because, well, a creamsicle HAS to be orange.

Ta Da! These are very sweet, so one will probably do you, but they are GOOD.
