My eldest and I tried The Beltliner for breakfast last week and I really enjoyed the Beltliner Bennie. Eggs Benedict is my gauge for a baseline in any restaurant where I am eating breakfast, and this one did not disappoint. Perfectly cooked, beautiful sauce and interesting additions. Now, that wedge of tawny goodness beside the eggs is a potato cake, crunchy on the outside, steamy potato slices on the inside. That is the sort of pleasant surprise that makes my day!
