Iced Tea Variations

I love iced tea on a hot day, but sometimes a little variety is good for the soul.

My standard mix is 2 teaspoons of loose Assam tea and 4 teaspoons of Earl Grey in my large teapot (8 cups of water). I let it steep 5 minutes and add just a hint of sugar when it is mostly cooled.  It keeps nicely in the fridge.

For variety, I filled a glass 3/4 up with tea and topped it up with peach-mango juice. Very nice!

You can use the same ratio with tea and berry juice (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry or blackberry).  Make an old thing new today. Cheers!
