These are lovely salty and smoky bites. Here is how to make them.
Brush mushrooms until clean and remove the stems. Add a drizzle of soy sauce (for salt) and a grind of pepper to the centre. Fill center with a piece of smoked cheddar and wrap a slice of bacon around the mushroom and secure it with a tooth pick. Bake at 425 F for about half an hour or until the bacon is done.
Now this is something awesome-o I can enjoy on my diet!! Mmmmmm
