This is a favourite our ours. Very similar flavours to a sheet of seasoned, roasted vegetables. The crunchy bits around the edges are coveted by us all.
4-5 potatoes, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 Tbsp. butter
Toss the vegetables in a greased casserole dish, sprinkle with seasoned salt and a few pats of butter. Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes, and then uncovered for another 45 minutes to an hour.
