Chocolate Pudding – Vegan


I have a friend who cannot eat any dairy, eggs, or gluten, and I wanted to make a nice dessert for our lunch together. I found this recipe on Mel’s Kitchen Cafe and I was surprised at how much I like it. I have made it again since, using the same ingredients, though you could use chocolate milk in stead of the almond milk if there are no food restrictions. Delicious, smooth and chocolate-y.
