I made this apple cake from a King Arthur flour recipe a while back and forgot to post it. It is a moist apple cake with a brown sugar icing that is rather like fudge. Really reminded me of a cake my mom used to make. Their recipe (link above) has step by step photos, so nothing for me to add 😉
