Halloween Hat

I’m not one who decorates very much for Halloween. I like the candy, but not the scary bits. I am a Harry Potter fan however, so when I saw floating witch hats on Pinterest, I wanted to have a go at making them. I didn’t have the same sort of light to hang inside the hat to illuminate it, but I just put battery operated tea lights in sheer bags and pinned them to a ribbon attached to the inside top of the hat. I added three orange glow-sticks around the base of the peak for a bit of fun, and I think it will coordinate nicely with my broomstick. 🙂
