We tried out the Priddis View and Brew Bistro with some friends this weekend. They had been there before, so knew about the weekend specials and to make a reservation. The Sunday special is a full turkey dinner (which I was so excited by I forgot to take a photo for the blog, but they have photos online here). I always judge a restaurant by how they cook the vegetables, and our sweet potato, rutabaga, and beets were roasted to perfection. The turkey was also moist and flavourful, and the mashed potatoes delicious. Even the cranberry sauce was made in house. Thumbs up!
We also opted to split an apple crumble pie with Foothills Creamery Ice Cream, which was also fantastic.
We chose to sit outside on a rare smoke-free day (due to wildfires in BC) and enjoy the birds and the views.
