Garlic Honey Mustard Chicken

This is a go-to for a simple main that tastes like I worked harder than I did. Haha. I like to serve it with rice.

4 skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup honey
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. grainy mustard
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place the chicken in a 9×9″ pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put the rest of the ingredients in a microwavable bowl. Heat until the honey and butter are melted so that you can combine the sauce components easily. Pour over the chicken breasts. Bake for about 30 minutes.
