When we order from an Indian restaurant, butter chicken is always at the top of our list of things to order. Imagine my delight when Julie Van Rosendaal , one of our favourite CBC contributors, came up with a recipe for Butter Chicken Chowder. Such a great idea demands a trial! I omitted the cilantro to cater to personal preference, and found the chowder easy to make and tasty to eat. It will become a trusty favourite I suspect.
