Those of you who have been reading my blog for awhile know that I get all a-twitter when Louise Penny publishes a new novel. This one was particularly good as it had me curling my toes in anticipation for what might happen to a favourite character, excited by the introduction of new characters, and basking in the glow that is Theee Pines. I also had to make a batch of beef burgundy after practically smelling the fragrance waft off the pages of the prose. It was the right thing to do, haha.
