Inspired by yesterday’s orange scrub post, I made shrimp marinated in equal amounts of orange juice (one orange plus the zest) and olive oil, with three cloves of minced garlic, salt and pepper and a good squirt of Sriracha sauce. I let it sit for 20 minutes and then grilled the shrimp on a skewer.
Bet they tasted great! Nice over noodles. Mmmmm.
