After a morning of weeding, when my fingers are various shades of green and brown, and my hands are dried by the soil, I love to use a nice scrub on my hands. This is my current favourite. Just mix everything together and scrub damp hands with it. Rinse with water.
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tblsp. olive oil (I used Blood Orange Olive Oil)
A small knob of ginger, finely grated
Zest from 1 orange
