Mint “Tea”

 

When the mint is tall enough to pick sprigs, I make fresh mint “tea”, which is not tea at all, but an infusion of mint into hot water. With or without a little swish of honey, it is delicious and refreshing. The aroma is fresh, minty, green and clean. I love it!
