Evelyn’s is an ice cream/soda/lunch spot in High River. My favourite menu item is their fantastic roasted chicken sandwich with cranberry sauce, served on their own bread. Along with serving delicious ice cream and soda shop treats, they bake their own pies, cinnamon buns, brownies, etc, and have a nice lunch menu. The soups are great. And, well… look at the place! If that is not cheery, I don’t know what is.
