The Rice Pudding (Risengrød) is the traditional Christmas Eve dessert for families with Danish heritage. Danish ball pancakes (Æbleskiver) are also a Christmas treat. Goose is the typical meat of choice for Christmas eve, but our family often fits in this pork dish as well. The Kringle and Puff can be made at any time, but are also nice at Christmas.
