July Garden

San Tropez rose

Although all of my perennials are new this year, they were still determined to put on a bit of a show. It makes me even more excited to see them a couple years down the road when they have had a chance to establish themselves. One of the great joys of having moved away from the deer herds of Okotoks is that I can grow roses in peace again!

Oso Easy Paprika rose

the poppies are a legacy plant from the previous owners
Cassis dahlias are a beautiful shade
I love the rich colour of this Lupin
Morden Blush roses
The birdbath is used by many birds to grab a welcome drink in the heat, but the robins are the most frequent bathers!
The outside is very much a part of the inside view at this house due to the large windows
