This is my youngest’s recipe for mild guacamole. It is nice to eat with a chicken roll up.
2 ripe avocados
1 tomato, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
juice of 1 lime
1/4 tsp salt
Scoop the flesh out of the avocados and mash. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. She puts it on flour tortillas with sour cream, salsa, lettuce, grated Monterrey Jack cheese and chicken. No cooking required!
