The recipe for this can be found here. I made a couple changes to her instructions: I made these the size of small hamburgers and left the onions off the top. I used one slice of bacon around each one and just overlapped the longer end, so I ended up using more bacon than she mentions (smaller meatloaves=more meatloaves). They were a big hit in the house and I’ll definitely make them again. Easy to make on the grill instead of the oven as well.
