Butter chicken is a family favourite in our house and I have tried a number of recipes over the years. Last week I tried this trimmed down version of butter chicken, and while it was tasty and I will definitely make it again, it is not (in our opinion) butter chicken, so that is what I named it: “Not Butter Chicken”
