My friend brought this to a potluck and a week later I was still thinking about how much I liked it, so asked her for the recipe. She shared! It turned out to be easy to put together and makes a good amount. She also consented to share it with you, so here you go! She also puts mushrooms in hers, but I have Fungi-Phobes in my house, so I left them out.
2 cups raw rice
4 stalks chopped celery
1 pepper, diced
1/4 cup oil
1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 cups water
Combine all, cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 90 minutes.
