Well, we have reached Day 5 of our exploration of creative things to do with leftover Hot Fudge Sauce. This one takes breakfast to the edge of dessert, but is a great variation on my morning oats. I get very bored with “same old”, so I switch things up regularly. I do like steel cut oats, as opposed to rolled oats, as I love the bit of chewiness the oats retain. I might cover them in another blog, but for now, here is the chocolate variation. Cook your oats, add a tablespoon of chocolate sauce and stir. It adds a wonderful creaminess and chocolate flavour. I don’t add milk or anything else except some of our lovely raspberries I thawed. Yummy.
