I recently made up a batch of hummus for our snacking pleasure. It is simple, delicious and can be whipped up in under five minutes.

2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup olive oil
1 can chickpeas, drained (540 ml)
1 heaping Tbsp. tahini
juice of 1 lemon
paprika to sprinkle

In a food processor, add the garlic, salt and olive oil and process until garlic is fine. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth. To serve, sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with olive oil.
