“A Child’s Christmas in Wales” by the Fireside

The last couple years I have used white lights and silver ornaments on the mantel. With these lights, the light of the fireplace and the odd candle or two it is the perfect setting for watching Christmas movies like A Child’s Christmas in Wales. I have given DVD copies of this movie as gifts, but much to my surprise I found it on YouTube, so if you are not familiar with it, here you go! The lovely poem by Dylan Thomas is narrated in the middle portion of the story.
