No… it is not beer! On Tap is a specialty oil and vinegar shop in Okotoks. You can taste all the products so you know what you are going home with. I really liked the Wild Blueberry Balsamic and the Oregano vinegars. I also quite liked the Persian Lime Oil. These are delicious ways to vary the flavours of simple vinaigrettes to dress the bounty of salad material coming in from the garden.
Be bold! Experiment with flavour combinations. My favourite new idea was to put peach vinegar and avocado oil on my sliced zucchini salad creating an unexpectedly fruity and delicious mouthful of zucchini!
