Advent 11 – Cranberry Swirl Biscotti

These are a newer addition to our biscotti repertoire. They are slightly more work as there is a filling that needs to be rolled up in the dough, but the tangy taste is worth the extra effort. They look festive on a cookie plate as well!

  1. I don’t think I’ve ever seen biscotti that had a roll pattern and filling like that. They look really beautiful, and the almond icing. I’m sure goes really well with the cranberry. I’ll bet they didn’t last very long! Yum!
