I got an instant pot for Christmas, so I have been making yogurt throughout January. It is pretty easy to do. Just heat 4 cups of milk to 190 degrees F, then cool to 118 degrees F. Add 2 Tbsp. of live culture yogurt and set the instant pot to “yogurt”. Seven or eight hours later, you have a new batch of yogurt.
Last time, I strained it to make it thick, spread it on toast and topped with toasted almonds and honey. Not half bad!
