Basil-Tomato-Feta Stuffed Chicken

4 chicken breasts
45 g feta cheese (about 1/3 cup)
30 g cream cheese
1 Tbsp. fresh basil (snip into small pieces)
1 Tbsp. sun dried tomatoes
Italian seasoning (to sprinkle on top)

Soak dried tomatoes in boiling water (enough to cover). After 5-10 minutes, drain and cut them into small pieces. Mix with the cheeses and basil.

Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with 1/4 of the mixture. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Cook in the oven or on a grill outside, turning once to brown both sides. I like to put this on a foil-covered pan and cook it outdoors on the grill.
