Salisbury Steak

I made this version of Salsbury steak this weekend and it was a nice change. I doubled the amount of gravy so we would have plenty to accompany our potatoes as well.

  1. D > I wonder if these are what I know (from childhood in England) as faggots (Wikipeda equates those to meatballs, but to me they are different in shape and ingredients and size). It’s not just the thing itself, but they way you’ve cooked them. Mmmm! Reminds me of childhood – as I don’t think I’ve made them as an adult.
