Taco cups: all the flavour of tacos in a tidy, portable package. Although you could use tortillas to make the cups, I prefer to use wonton wrappers as they crisp up so beautifully and make a very sturdy cup.
24 wonton wrappers
500 g ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
3/4 cup refried beans
3/4 cup salsa
1 cup grated cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
chives for garnish
Place two wrappers in each cup, pressing to the sides. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, brown the beef and add taco seasoning. Heat the refried beans.
To the baked cups, add a layer of refried beans, a layer of beef, a tablespoon of salsa, and top with cheese.
Top with sour cream and chives.
