A couple weeks ago, my daughter and I tried take out from a “new-to-us” restaurant in Okotoks called ChaCha John’s. Their food is a combination of traditional Indian flavours fused with western cuisines such as Italian and Greek. The flavours were fresh and interesting, and the sauces were an unexpected flavour treat. We ordered beef samosas and butter chicken to share between us. The samosas were delicious, and the pastry was a short crust pastry style with the warm Indian flavours in the filling. Three complimentary sauces were included.
The butter chicken was delicious and just a bit different. It came with rice and bread (which looked like naan, but was more like a pita crossed with naan). We’d definitely go back. Check out their menu here.
