Our family converged at my daughter’s home this past weekend for a meet and greet with her new cat. He is an 18 month old rescue, name to be determined once she knows him better. So far we know that he has a lovely disposition, is a fan of tummy rubs, is affectionate (even with strangers), and prefers his water out of a ceramic mug, thank you very much. Stainless steel bowls are highly suspicious when containing water, but fine when containing food. Go figure. Every cat has his quirks. He has already bonded with our daughter and is on high alert if she leaves the room he is in. Lucky cat, lucky girl. A great match.

Our cat only drinks out the bath; he gets very confused when a human is in it! Nice kitty!

He is very sweet. Great first pet that is entirely her own. My old cat used to drink from the bath until he fell into it. He shot out like a rocket spraying water all through the house and now won’t even enter the bathroom!
