Stone Fruit Crepes

We have some lovely peaches and prune plums that I thought would make great dessert crepes. The first was a peach, brown sugar and butter crepe. Really good. I just spread a small amount of butter over the warm crepe, sprinkled with brown sugar, and added sliced peaches. Fold.

Next was Nutella and Plum. Also very good. Spread Nutella over the crepe and add sliced plums. Fold.

My crepe recipe can be found here. I used a 1/4 cup measure for portioning the batter as we made these in a 6″ pan, making them small enough to try two!
