The Wharf. Actually, it was far from the favourite place we visited in San Francisco, but there was certainly fun to find. Where else can you get a self-directed tour of a submarine? I ask you. I also enjoyed the sea lions and watching the boats come and go. The Iron Man sighting. The clam chowder. Sourdough. And my favourite: the packs of Segway-powered tourists zooming past. It was all I could do no to sing the Segway bit from “White and Nerdy”. Haha.
