Marinated flank steak is one of my favourite cuts of beef. It tastes terrific, is tender and the leftovers are great on salads and sandwiches.
Marinade for Flank Steak
¼ c. soy sauce
2 T honey
2 T balsamic vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger
1/2 c oil
1 T ketchup
1 T chopped onion
Combine the marinade ingredients and place in plastic bag with the steak, making sure all the meat is coated. Marinade 3 hours or over night, turning bag at least once. Broil or BBQ until medium rare.
Here it is, served with grilled peppers. Nom Nom
