Tea on Sunday by Lettice Cooper is an enjoyable mystery set in 1973, but in the image of mysteries written in the Golden Age of Crime. I enjoyed the characters as well as Inspector Corby’s methodical investigation and eventual unraveling of the evidence and motives. Well done British Crime Classics for republishing this gem.
