We took my husband’s mother and her husband to the Palliser Hotel in Calgary for Tea on Saturday. They have an Indian themed service for the fall with Tikka Masala chicken sandwiches, spiced shrimp on crispy naan, ginger scones with mango jam etc. Different, and something nice to do with the folks.

It was SO good! I was also impressed because they provided an equally attractive and delicious nut free dessert plate for one in our party. Most places just leave things off the plate.
