Hamburger Tomato Stroganoff

This is an easy “one-pot-wonder” – perfect to get you out the door on Halloween. Make yourself a cauldron of it and enjoy the evening. Happy Halloween!

1 lb ground beef
2 onions, chopped
28 oz stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups macaroni
salt and pepper
1/2 cup water
1 cup sour cream

Brown beef and onions until meat is no longer pink. Pour off fat if necessary. Stir in tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and pasta. Add 1/2 cup of water. Simmer for 20 minutes, covered, until pasta is cooked. Take a look after about 10 minutes and see if you need to add more water. Take off the heat and stir in the sour cream.
